The HR Audit service from Advantage HR involves an on-site audit of an organisation’s HR processes, procedures and policies. This usually would involve a meeting with a few members of the management team and the requirements to assess any Employee Handbook and current policies and sample a few personnel files together with a short survey of staff and managers. We will go away and work on a complete report which will be delivered back to the business within fourteen days. The report will help the employer to understand weaknesses in their HR processes and give them an action plan on how to improve them.
